After the Geiseltal open-cast mine ceased operations in 1993 and extensive earthworks and remediation work had been completed, the lake began to be flooded in 2003. The lake has been completely flooded since 2011.The yacht OvertimeThis boat is pleasantly structured and spacious below deck with a fully equipped galley and a wet room including electric WC, washbasin and shower. If you are travelling with up to 2 adults and 2 children, the bunk in the aft offers an additional plus point. This means there is no need to convert the seats into a sleeping area in the evening.
