The holiday flat Zinkenblick with approx. 55 sqm, consists of a separate bedroom with double bed and a single bed, hallway, shower with WC, a large living room with fitted kitchen and dining area as well as an extra living area with a comfortable sofa bed (double bed) and living room table, 40 inch LCD TV and radio with CD player. WLAN is available throughout the house. The house "Landhaus Jasmin", newly built in 2011, with four well-equipped holiday flats and a condominium is located in one of the most scenic regions of Austria, the Ausseerland, in the spa town of Bad Mitterndorf. Located in the small, quiet district of Thörl, approx. 15 minutes' walk from the centre of Bad Mitterndorf, you will find peace and quiet and feel completely at ease. The house was built according to the latest ecological and energy-efficient standards. By using ceramic floor coverings with built-in underfloor heating and other anti-allergic materials (including beds, mattresses, etc.), we offer our guests an allergy-free house to feel at home in. This is why we do not allow pets in the house. Smoking is also not permitted in the entire house. However, it is possible to smoke on the balcony. Landhaus Jasmin offers an attractive combination of sport and relaxation. Numerous sports and leisure facilities and a new wellness centre (the Grimmingtherme) are available in Bad Mitterndorf. In summer you can relax in the communal garden or enjoy our large barbecue area. The Landhaus Jasmin is the starting point for marvellous mountain, hiking and cycling tours of all levels of difficulty. You can swim in the outdoor pool, in the thermal baths or at the surrounding lakes. Fishing, sailing, boating, tennis - almost everything is possible. In winter you can go skiing, snowboarding, ski touring, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing and curling. We can offer our guests all of this. The ski run from the Tauplitzalm down into the valley to Bad Mitterndorf runs right past our house.
