The house has two bathrooms with showers, one of which includes a spa bath and a laundry area with a washing machine and dryer. Heating is provided by electricity and an air-to-water heat pump, ensuring a comfortable indoor climate all year round. A gas grill and sun loungers are also available for those warm evenings.
