The flat is situated right in the centre of Champoussin. It is ideally located, enjoys plenty of sunshine and offers unobstructed views of the Dents du Midi, and has been fully renovated. It is close to all amenities: ski lifts 100 metres away, a bus stop, a grocery shop 50 metres away and a sports shop. The residence has a ski storage room and outdoor parking spaces are available. In winter, the resort forms part of the Portes du Soleil ski area and the slopes are just a 2-minute walk away.
