Maximaal 2 huisdieren/honden toegestaan. - Our holiday complex is located right next to the forest and you can see trees and hear the calming sound of the forest from every point of the complex. In the morning you can see rabbits on the estate, deer can be seen from time to time in winter. - The beautiful sandy beach is only 750m or an 8-10 minute walk away, the first dog beach is approx. 800m away (alternatively there is another one approx. 1400m away) - water sports are available approx. 1600m away at the water sports centre.Our "Forest Chalets" have been newly furnished in 2024 and are furnished in "forest style". Furthermore, there is a bedroom with comfortable double beds (1.6x2.0m lying area) and a bedroom with children's bunk beds, a cosy living room with kitchen and a cosy bathroom with shower complete your realm for your holiday. Each house has its own terrace and patio furniture. You can keep your dog on a lead on the terrace. Air conditioning ensures cosy warm temperatures in winter and cool temperatures in summer.Currently a new kitchen has been installed, as well as new beds, wardrobes, leather couch and living room furniture.You can also hire bicycles and SUP (stand up paddle) from us (subject to availability).The properties have a cosy covered seating area so that you can have breakfast in peace and enjoy nature even when it rains. You also have your own garden and don't see your neighbours, or rarely, depending on the house :)Note: Electricity is charged separately according to consumption. Please note that depending on the season there may be additional costs.On our holiday complex there are units with different features. We have categorised them into retro, fireplace and wellness. This house you are looking at belongs to the category "Forest"Retro: Our houses and flats are basically all from the 70s/80s and are furnished accordingly or as you would say... "cosy like at mum's" with corresponding beds, kitchen with dishwasher, steel hobs, separate microwave and fridge, filter coffee machine, couch in the living room and armchair with TV and TV bench, bunk bed in the children's bedroom and double bed in the parents' bedroom A functional bathroom with shower, toilet and washbasin is of course included. Our Danish wooden houses have highly efficient electric heating and boilers/flow heaters.Forest: These units have new furnishings, i.e. the furniture has been refitted around 2024, some of the floors have been refinished, a new kitchen with ceramic hob, microwave, hot air oven and filter coffee machine and air conditioning with heat pump heating.Fireplace: Some of our units have been newly equipped, i.e. the furniture has been refurbished in 2020, some of the floors have been replaced with easy-care floor coverings, a new kitchen with ceramic hob, microwave hot-air oven and Senseo Pad coffee machine (optionally with filter machine subject to availability), box-spring beds in the master bedroom and the Danish wooden bungalows have a wood-burning stove for the cold seasons.Wellness: Some of our units have been given wellness features in addition to the "comfort" change. This means that the Danish wooden bungalows have a private infrared cabin and an outdoor whirlpool in the garden, as well as a natural wooden fence. The holiday flats in this category have a whirlpool, a large terrace with lounge furniture and some flats also have a fence.In Kellenhusen there is a great beach, forest with wild boar enclosure, forest children's playground & large dog run. Also a sea salt swimming pool and outdoor pool, restaurants, cafes, 1 supermarket, a department store. In Grömitz (only 10-15 minutes by car/bus) there is a spa and numerous shops. In Sierksdorf there is the famous amusement park "Hansapark" (about 20 minutes away) and in Lübeck (about 40 minutes away) is the next big city with a great old town.
